Everyone who trains calisthenics for 6-12 months can already do 20-30 dips 50 pushups ups and 15 pull-ups. But only a few can do weighted dips with +40-80kg, weighted pull-up +40-60 kg, deficit handstand push-ups for reps with control, hanging leg raises with slow negatives and controlled tempo, weighted pistol squats and weighted push-ups with +50 or more KG.
