C'est une tendance européenne, a lyon c'est -47% de No2 depuis 2017 a titre d'exemple soit plus important que l'effet observé à Paris. depuis 2000'les émissions de Nox c'est -70% partout en Europe. Ne pas sur interpréter les résultats de politique de la ville qui sont secondaires dans ce cas précis.
