Bro born again feels so disconnected from netflix daredevil and so disingenuous, absolutely sidelining foggy and completely forgetting he exists. It literally seems like matt doesnt gaf abt the fact that foggy is DEAD. Like that doesnt even drive the story even a LITTLE bit. Its js oh ‘fisk is mayor’. No funeral scene, just a one year timeskip. We dont even see matt significantly affected by foggy’s death. It feels so disconnected from the Netflix show and everything that made matt and everything that matters to matt and daredevil. Born again tries so hard to disregard everything that made the Netflix daredevil show Marvels best tv show oat. It feels like its trying to spite the Netflix show.

I was hoping we’d have better flashbacks with Matt and Foggy, not just flashbacks to how their case intertwined with Fisk 😭 WE WERE LET DOWN AND THE PLOT HOLE?! OH MY GOD?!?! I wanted more of their adventures in college. I will admit that Fisk’s flashbacks were beneficial for the story and his and Vanessa’s history…but I wanted more happy Avocado scenes…DISNEY HOW COULD YOU
