What’s your understanding of IOP/OP where they are allowing MAT patients in with non MAT patients, which to me has become a distraction not so much that they are MAT it’s the behaviors durning sessions and the fact that it just becomes topic in more of a dosage standpoint or moments of MAT bonding. I brought this up as MAT relates to receptors.

I’d love to hear you talk about the differences with mood and different substances. An totally I’ve seen serious mood changes in people coming off of buprenorphine and Kratom that seem more intense in the mood category reported by patients. I’m curious if you’ve seen the same thing and if there’s any data or research to back this up compared with illicit and black market, pharmacological, opiates, and opiates from 20 years ago.
