Nice garden setup. However, you should not use pressure treated wood for the vegetables beds, you definitely don'twant tjose chemicals in your soil and vegetables.. Use plain non treated wood.

Sounds dumb for a raised garden bed, but next time dig down a few inches and fill it back in with gravel. It allows for better drainage so the water doesn't sit inside the bed as long. It helps keep the wood from rotting... And yes, pressure treated wood will rot if it is constantly wet, even if the guy from HD says it won't.
