Without a background in technology, are you having a team in India also act as scrum master and product manager? Did they create the technical requirements and give you the scope of the project for? Do you have somewhat of a background on the scoping side for the project? This is one of the issues that I have seen with a lot of people and companies that I work with that want to create an app or software. If you can’t call out that scope creep then that 11,000 quote can grow. I’m interested to hear your experience with us now being about 2 1/2 months since this video was put out.
