I did do something that can be said significantly bad as I was jealous and was driven out of my mind on how my relationship with my friends that I've known for a while and those who I'm a bit close with, I really didn't know what I was feeling not thinking but feeling & thinking as if I couldn't do anything and being quite a burden I felt incredibly jealous and started to hate people and even did an impulsive thing that made people stay away from me so basically even if you were told that "oh don't be impulsive" sometimes we can't control it or our minds just decides to think of the opposite even so I do think that we, including myself that we shouldn't think too much about friends or relationship especially those that we can't control so it's better to just focus on yourself and everything that you think is important but not as if you have to entirely depend on it like having or needing friends such. Not much to say as I have been feeling the same thing again but I do know how to control myself more and think about how they come and go, and decided to just focus entirely on my goal (A vent and both an advice so, thank you to those who are reading, have a nc dayy and don't forget about your health 👾 )
