@lets.grow.gardening: Spinach is one of those crops everyone says is easy… until it bolts overnight or just never shows up. I skipped the extra steps and went straight to direct sowing. It’s the most reliable method and honestly the least frustrating. A few things that make the biggest difference: • plant early while it’s still cool • keep the soil consistently moist • don’t bury seeds too deep • avoid stressing the roots If your spinach keeps failing, it’s usually timing or heat working against you.
