Beware: experiences may vary. I joined the navy. I left my small town to be put in another small town in the desert 🏜️. 😭 I served 7 years and never touched a ship. 🙃 I’m a military spouse now and LOVE being out. My hubs has better luck than me, so I’m hoping the next duty station is good. 🤞🏼

I’m from a small little village near Spang. My German mother remarried an married in 1991 ish and he moved us to the US in 1993. I adapted to American culture and grew up here since I was 8.40 now. We got stark one back at Spang in 2004-2008 and the 4 years back was awesome. Then later on we returned to the US and I served in the Air Force, too. Was naturalized. I still have family all over there near Spang I speak to regularly including my biological German father. 😁 I miss Germany so much, though!
