No wonder why I don't hv much friends, I'm doing isolation, socially awkward, anxiety, and stay away from people for the sake of myself not being seen as bad. I hate myself, I'm slowly ruining myself. I focus on online rather than offline and attention to real life

Since the last time I had a friend it has been hard to make new ones. When I talk to someone it feels strange and uncomfortable and it makes me want to stop talking to them and ghost them because it has been so long since I had a friend to talk to.

i lost contact with my friends because i was tired of everything and everyone for some reason, the things i liked before are senseless now and i was feeling like shit,so now i only text them once in a while because i dont have anyone else and it feels like im venting to chat bots, i did this to myself and thats the worst part. now i vent on fucking tiktok comments that i will never answer and its embarassing.

since i was a kid I can't really talk much or make conversation with other people,cause I have been always bullied.till now I still carry those experience. and I'm starting to be afraid to start conversation even with people i use to talk so much with.ive been isolating my self for a while now. I don't even have a lot of friends I can talk with.I can't even talk with my parents. I just sleep all day not doing anything.I just feel so lost .and I'm not even sure if theres still something I should expect in life.

In a similar situation. Yeah it's become natural to whisper thoughts to myself but feels unnatural to talk my thoughts. Feels like shouting and unpeaceful

I didn’t have social skills to begin with because I wasn’t properly socialised to go outside or be an outdoor person on my own, so I find it awkward to do it with others. Let alone me speaking- I don’t think I stutter when I speak. Tbf growing up I really never spoke much without being prompted a question. I’ve never freely talked around my parents let alone talk freely among others. Like my brain is just figuring the filtering modes at the age of 21 realising that I shouldn’t be swearing in front of my parents. I genuinely feel stupid, bcs it seems small- something a child could figure out, by testing boundaries of speech at a young age that they could get away with. I feel like I’m at constant battle with my larynx just to voice opinions across as if I’m in a life or death situation or smtg. 😭😭😭
