You got this gabe, if I were to give you any tips on bettering ur ruck then I’d say to be a good runner, make sure you can do long distance runs at a decent pace, build that stamina and endurance, ontop of that, start off small with rucking, example: 4miles with 35lbs, bump it up after it gets easier and you see good improvement, 40lbs for 4 miles. Things of that nature, you got that homie. Im not the best of all time but finished my 12 miles air assault ruck in 2 hrs and 15 mins and a recent 6 miler at an hour 5 mins, you got this.
Run a lot and do less rucking. Bc ngl rucking hurts the back. Rucking shouldn’t be done constantly unless you absolutely have to

Start running a lot more, start going to the gym a lot more. You get better at rucking by becoming a better runner and becoming strong enough to support the weight on your back. Don’t be rucking every single week, it will lead to injury.

Don’t wear yourself down. I started doing all this at 14 I did 16 mile rucks like every weekend until my knees were in pain and had to take a break. Rucking part is the easiest the running part is harder

You’re a light guy like me.. the problems I experienced were not hitting legs enough and body weight. Get yourself into a form of mma, hit legs even more and lots of calisthenics.

Be atleast 200lbs lean run a solid sub 30 5 mile don’t think about trying to get in think about what you’ll do if u fail cuz trust me it’s not about to self it’s about your piers and everyone around u the 75th is VERY. Competitive if you don’t max PT standard then you’ll get dropped and replaced by someone who has the same envision as you
