@jaycyj.pov: So I checked out The Waffle Co. This is their newest location on Robson in Vancouver. I attended their grand opening party which they had a DJ, decor and media come in to check everything out. I was also able to try some of their great waffles and got to try: - oreo dream mini pancakes (super chocolatey) - banoffee pie waffle (highly recommend) - strawberry cream cheese waffle sandwich (also super good) - latte - banana bread latte The food was great and I loved the space.
