This is real facts! It’s about perspective & knowledge . I have had subs tell me they can do what I do… but then they call me later they need work and need help with their projects. I have made money on both gc & sub definitely recommend sub work all day

False. General contractors have the most chance of making the most money. Because as a licensed contractor I can use subs to make tons of money. But I know what subs are worth. If it’s $2 a sqft and you try to charge me $6 lol you’re not going to have any work. Subs definitely don’t make the same. Subs have a better chance finding their own work. Which most do. They find their own work and work with a few GCs keeping them busy on down time. For low money.

Ohhh man…. I’ve been watching your videos….. I appreciate all of my subcontractors, they do get the work done, but that’s just a part of the process from each individual subcontractor. I have 12 to 15 subcontractors and vendors per job….A real General Contractor masters all of these trades, vendors, and the clients many requests and expectations…. Not everyone can do that, that’s its own animal to tackle my friend. We also deal in a larger class of revenue streams…. Bottom line.

Yall he’s just saying that you can make bank being a sub contractor 😭 Without having to go through the hassle of being a GC. Subs go in do their work and head out. GC have ALOT of work/ stress and assume the most risk.
