@livcarbonero: Iโm on a (cinnamon) roll ๐โจ [~55 cals 3.5g protein] - Find my cookbooks in my bio ๐๐ - Dough: โฐ 2/3 cup (151g) Greek yogurt โฐ 1 cup (120g) flour โฐ 1 1/2 tsp (2.3g) baking soda (Filling) โฐ 1/2 cup (96g) monkfruit โฐ 1 tbsp (7.8g) cinnamon โฐ 3-4 tbsp (21g) sf syrup Glaze: โฐ 1/2 scoop (18.5g) protein (I used 1UP Birthday Cake) โฐ 2 tbsp (7.5g) powdered sugar/monkfruit โฐ 2-3 tbsp (44 mL) milk Preheat air fryer to 375F 2. Mix dough ingredients (chill it makes it easier to work with). 3. Mix filling ingredients. 4. Flour work surface and roll out dough then spread over filling. 5. Roll dough long ways and cut into 8 pieces. (I used floss and it makes it so much easier) 6. Air fry rolls for 6-8 min or until golden. 7. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over rolls and enjoy :) To add even more protein or change things up, make a frosting with greek yogurt, protein powder, and powdered monkfruit!
