I had my VSG surgery on 4-27-26 and I have been on full liquid diet since 4-23-26 , and these have weeks have been tough because i have been hungry alot of days but I just try not think about food or be around ppl eating food. But the crazy thing is I still cook meals for my family daily since the surgery. But I am down 20 lbs ,so I grateful to my choice I have made.💯💯💯
