Messi said he trained daily but would never overtime because his family is as important as his training. I remember him saying in an interview that if they said the call time is 8am that he would arrive at 7:30am (first to arrive) & warm up a bit on his own & by 8am he is ready. The only thing is he goes home at exactly 5pm which is when training ends. Other members stay behind to train some more & would ask Messi if he wanna stay behind too but Messi said he never stay behind because he also needs to make time for his wife & kids. So he goes home & and play w/ his kids till dinner. I think he has the perfect WORK-LIFE balance.
