People in the comments forget that Little House on the Prairie is an actual book series written by Laura Ingalls Wilder. While the older show is cute and fun to watch it is not at all accurate to the accounts in the book. This show is supposed to be a more accurate adaption of those books not a reboot of the old show. I for one am so excited because I grew up on those books.
