Here's the thing. Mark Henry is an incredibly impressive beast of a man. One of the strongest people of our lifetime and an amazing athlete on top of the strength... you have to take these things with a grain of salt from wrestlers. They have to embellish their abilities because it's part of how they get paid. Just like the Big Show was never the world's largest athlete Mark Henry was never actually the world's strongest man. He has a superb lifting record but he never medaled at the Olympics. A lot of the competitions he won weren't the prime time ones we know of today. The strong man competition he won when Vince said don't lose was more of a regional event that didn't feature the other top competitors at the time. Mark probably would have been in the top 5% of strongmen in the world at the time though.
