So in this case you ordered the pizza, but then you also ordered a drink along with it, but then he forgot to bring the drink so then he has to go back and get it but then meanwhile, he parked his car. I guess blocking the road and a car got upset with him so he was honking saying hey get out out of the way but he was just doing a quick delivery.
