@littleranchfamily: To make a stiff sourdough starter of any weight, feed a ratio of 1:5:2 or higher (the less water the more you have to work the “dough” but it will activate regardless). After it rises, domes and starts to descend, you can discard by half, repeat the feed, and let it rise again. You now have an active, stiff sourdough starter! This is good for sweeter, nuttier loaves, with a less strong sour flavor. To bake with ours, the link is right in our bio!
