Nothing on them, 3-4 months, no more filing over the nail plate, you can use nail strengthener to help them feel less sensitive but the nail plate is dead keratin so you can’t repair it, it just has to grown out. Lots of oiling & taking supplements 🤍

It will take a good 6 mts same happened me all i did was kept them short cuticle oil no nail varnish,or nail varnish remover no more fake nails or biab they will recover mine did

Cuticle oil multiple times a day helped mine A LOT like 7-8 times a day for a couple weeks-months
