We assure you that Chip isn't bullied at all. The dog barking at him is Lily- and they are bff at the Day Care! She matches Chip's energy and just being goofy! ☺️Also! That's the first time that the crew and us (perfect timing to caught on camera) saw Chip on his back and being silly at the Day Care 🥹
