@skylar_yavas_8: One year ago, our love story began (he had no idea) when I pointed you out at a Norfolk Admirals hockey game and I remember telling my mom that there was this guy sitting behind us that was so attractive and how I have never seen someone like him. Then fast forward about a week, and after activating my @Hinge 🖤 profile, within 24-hours I got my first like, which was actually German. When I looked at his profile, I saw he was much younger than me (24 on his profile, but actually he was only 21) 😳 lol. My first thought was I do not date men younger than me, so I skipped him, but then a few days later, I noticed he popped back up on my likes again, and I thought maybe this was a sign. So I took that chance and liked him back and within minutes, I get a message and it says, are your dogs looking for a dog dad? A week later we planned our first date, and as I got ready for our fist date, I was WAY more nervous than normal. I quickly learned we lived 3 miles apart (honestly I was like this is crazy)?! As soon as we started our date, the nerves immediately went away and we instantly hit it off. We both agreed that night we both were getting off the app. After our first date, we continued to build an emotional connection that I have never felt and that he loved my dogs! That is when I told my mom that this man could be my person and my husband one day, which no one had heard me say in a long time. She looked at me and told me to pray and to manifest what I want, and that’s what I did. Exactly 4 months later, August 8, 2026, I officially got to call German my husband and my fur babies’ Dog Dad.
