@citlalialee_: As the story goes, Lucifer was not born a monster. He was the most beautiful angel in heaven. Lucifer became consumed by pride & pride became his downfall. He refused to bow down, and for his rebellion, he was cast out. Lucifier believed he’s beauty, intelligence, and status made him worthy of equal or greater authority than God. Instead of accepting his role as a created being, he desired independence and self rule. His reasoning was rooted in pride and ambition, the idea that he should not have to serve, but should instead be exalted. Because of this rebellion, he was cast out of heaven and later identified with Satan.
