I worked at a trauma 1 hospital for over a decade. We were near or at max capacity every day. Boarding in the ER or PACU (recovery after surgery) happened daily. It’s not fun, but the staff will take great care of you regardless of where you are.

🙈🙈🙈My sweet friend … as an ICU Trauma Level 1 Nurse - please, please listen to this one truth - ‼️‼️Since his symptoms are cardiac related ITS ENTIRELY AGAINST STANDARD of CARE for him to be “overnighted” in an ER hallway ‼️‼️‼️. They have to put him in a Bay , do vitals, a STAT EKG, and draw labs - all without delay. ITS THE LAW‼️Other than that - it’s MALPRACTICE girlfriend 💗🙏♥️

Er nurse here…hospital are at max capacity and are hold for days sometimes. I do not see him wearing any oxygen so his vitals must be ok. When beds line the halls realize nurse and staff are doing their literal best to care for as many patients as they can safely…:often without taking breaks or getting lunches.

Sadly its like that everywhere. Not enough nurses or beds. My mom had to stay in the ER 3 days because no rooms were available... and I'm an ICU nurse at that hospital.
