@alxbethh: On the weekend, we celebrated something so deeply special, my daughter’s birthday and her dedication, all in one. To have her dedicated on Resurrection Sunday feels incredibly meaningful to me. As a Christian, it is one of the most sacred days, and to have her life marked in that way is something I will never take for granted. Since she came into our lives, time has moved so quickly. It honestly feels like I blinked and a whole year passed. But in that time, she has brought so much love, joy, and purpose into our world. I am so grateful she is here with us, on this side of life. My journey carrying her was not easy, I had a difficult pregnancy, but I was blessed with such a beautiful labour and birth. Through it all, God was present, and I can see His faithfulness woven through every part of her story. Today is not just about celebrating her life, but also committing to raise her in love, in faith, and in truth. It is about surrounding her with a community that will guide her, pray for her, and walk alongside her as she grows. I am just so, so grateful. And I am looking forward to all the years ahead, watching her grow, become, and step into who she is created to be. #babydedication
