@chloebluffcakes: This was three years ago today. A message I listen to over and over again on my hardest days. There are other messages I’m not ready to share yet. My mother was an artist, a poet, a creative incredible activist. I wish there was a way to display her personality in an exhibit because what an exhibit it would make. I miss you, Jenny Wren 🕊️🤍 #jennywren #grief #loss #braincancer

This video honestly felt like a wake up call for me. I have a heart condition, I already have a healthy baby, and doctors have advised me not to have a second child. I’ve been struggling to accept that. But seeing this… it made me realize something I didn’t fully let myself feel before. I already have a child who needs me here, alive and present. Sometimes reality hits in the hardest ways. Sending you a hug 🤍

Bless you, it won’t ever get easier you just learn to cope. Grief is like glitter. At first it’s everywhere! Then as time goes on you may find some in your couch, your shirts. A bit here and there. It never goes away! Your mom loves you 🩷

Grief is like glitter. In the beginning, it's everywhere.. on your hands, in your hair, scattered across every corner of your life. You try to clean it up, to restore some sense of order. And for a while, it seems like you've succeeded. But then, one day, you move a sofa or open a forgotten drawer, and there it is again. A tiny sparkle that catches the light and reminds you of what you lost. It doesn't go away completely. It settles, becomes quieter, less overwhelming. You learn to live with it, to carry it gently. And years later, when you find a bit of that glitter tucked behind a shelf, you might smile. Maybe even laugh. Because it reminds you of love, of connection, of someone who mattered deeply. Eventually, something will catch your eye.. a photo, a favorite song, a familiar scent, and instead of pain, you'll feel warmth. That's the quiet truth about grief. It stays with you, but it changes. It becomes a part of your story, a soft echo of the love that never really left.

You probably wont see this but as a mother myself who has terminal cancer I am so proud of you. You look like your beautiful mother when she was young. I am so sorry for your and your sisters tremendous loss. You are doing great. Thank you for picking up where she left off. I have a 28yr and 13yr old daughters. I can only hope they go on to have the kind of life you've created for you and yours.
