the private chef kitchen is the 3rd kitchen. its a kitchen that can be closed off so you do not have to see the chef cooking, used generally for private parties. im in the catering world and we are alot of times sequestered off in the chef kitchens where no one can see us and we just pop out the door when we are delivering the food.
