Acworth resident here, I’m surprised yall parked so far back. They usually don’t close the parking lot at the beach unless it’s a big event like July 4th which they do fireworks, food and music. Y’all should come back for that. Everybody and they momma be out there.

There’s parking right along the beach front and it’s usually open. I’ve lived near here for almost 30 years nahhh I’m not getting in that water. I’ll sit in the gazebo though.

I grew up and still live less than 10 minutes away from this lake. Don’t listen to people saying they don’t get in, it’s one of the cleanest lakes in the state.
