Would definitely live there in a heartbeat if I had 5 million for a New York townhouse! Very very cool, with lots of great touches, like the secret garden in the backyard or opening all the windows while having a tub! Not to mention real fireplaces and the skylights!!

No. I don't mind a small home but need functional living spaces. No place to eat, limited storage, low ceilings, no real closets. This place looks cramped and it doesn't even have furniture in it.
