In BPO, they test how well you handle stress, not just your English skills. How would you handle a customer with a strong accent that is hard to understand? “I would politely ask the customer to repeat or clarify, stay patient, and listen carefully so I can fully understand their concern and assist them properly.” 💡 Tip: Never say you “can’t understand.” Instead, show communication strategies like clarifying, repeating, and active listening. What would you do if you made a mistake during a call? “If I made a mistake, I would acknowledge it, take responsibility, and quickly work on correcting it to ensure the customer still gets proper assistance.” 💡 Tip: Ownership is key.
