Instructions: - get wrecked - use a meat slicer to cut 1000 onions and cry helplessly. Mix them in a pot with salt pepper sugar A1 whiskey and red wine vinegar and cook on medium heat for 3 years until deeply caramelized. -make broth with beef bones, soup mix, and cold water. Strain, spill some on floor, reduce. - coat dry brined, spatchcocked chicken in salt pepper and paprika and roast until 158 internal before resting and topping with juices. -break a half full bottle of wine on your kitchen floor -toast some crostinis with olive oil and herb salt -roast peeled carrots tossed in olive oil and your favorite spices -make a salad with wild arugula slapchopped walnuts and strawbs, and a vinaigrette with 2 parts oil 1 part red wine vinegar, oregano, dijon, salt, pepper, honey. -add crostinis to top of soup - add more broth than I did - then a ton of gruyere cheese. Broil. -break down chicken with confident knife strokes (mine were drunk and uncertain) -plate it all silently, mess up a bunch of stuff along the way because quite frankly you drank too much wine and those gummies are so strong. -enjoy your dinner and take your lady’s criticisms silently.
