BROOKE’S BLOODY MARY PASTA SALAD 🍅🌶️🥒 Quick and easy Bloody Mary Pasta Salad from the Bloody Mary master… me. 😂 I took everything I love about a ridiculous, loaded Bloody Mary and turned it into a pasta salad and HOLY SHIT. This turned out even better than I imagined. Salty, tangy, creamy, spicy, crunchy, loaded with all the good shit—and that horseradish kick is EVERYTHING. And before anybody starts: yes, I use Clamato in my Bloody Mary. No, that does not make it a Caesar. Keep moving. 😂 INGREDIENTS * 1 lb shell bow pasta, cooked and cooled * About 8 oz sliced pepperoncinis * A splash of pepperoncini juice * About 8 oz sliced tamed jalapeño peppers * Mediterranean olive mix with Kalamata + pitted green olives, roughly chopped * Dill pickle chips, chopped — however many you want * 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes * 2 celery stalks, chopped * Cheese curds — load that shit up * About 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked crispy and chopped * Celery leaves for topping BLOODY MARY DRESSING * ¾ cup mayo * ¼ cup sour cream * ⅓ cup Clamato * 1½ tbsp prepared horseradish * 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce * 2 tbsp pickle juice * 2 tbsp hot sauce * 1 tbsp chopped garlic * Celery salt, to taste * Salt, to taste * LOTS of freshly cracked black pepper HOW I MADE IT Cook the pasta, drain it and let it cool completely. And YES, there is a reason I use shell bows. They’re basically little pasta cups with sealed ends, so they scoop up all that Bloody Mary dressing and hold onto it. The dressing gets to sit and marinate right into those little pockets instead of just sliding off the pasta. Every bite gets that creamy, spicy goodness. Add the sliced pepperoncinis to the cooled pasta and splash a little pepperoncini juice right into the bowl. No measuring, no fancy technique—I just splashed some in there and apparently made a very good decision. 😂 Add the jalapeños, chopped olives, pickles, tomatoes, celery, cheese curds and crispy bacon. Whisk together the mayo, sour cream, Clamato, horseradish, Worcestershire, pickle juice, hot sauce, garlic, celery salt, salt and a shit ton of black pepper. Pour that dressing over everything and toss until it’s completely coated and all those little shell bows have scooped up the good stuff. Top with fresh celery leaves. IMPORTANT: DO NOT FORGET THE PICKLES. I forgot to film myself adding them, but they ARE in there and they absolutely belong. 😂 And that 1½ tablespoons of horseradish? Kind of an accident. A DELICIOUS fucking accident. It is perfect. This tastes like a fully loaded Bloody Mary somehow turned into pasta salad, and I am obsessed. Bloody Mary master approved. 🍅😏 #bloodymary #pastasalad #cook #EasyRecipe #Recipe
