A single scene of Arlo being swept down the river used 17 terabytes of data, which is more than the entire production of ‘Cars 2’ combined, including all its characters, environments, and effects. The film had over 300 terabytes of effects data in total, ten times more than ‘Monsters University,’ and was the most effects-heavy Pixar film ever made at the time. ‘The Good Dinosaur’ (2015) is available to stream on Disney+.
