It’s amazing how many people in these comments do not know basic UK law. Because she was married to him and lived in that house with him with their children, it doesn’t matter if the house was solely in his name. The Inheritance Act 1975, would give her a strong claim to contest the will under the ‘Reasonable Financial Provision’ clause.
