Nice talk/advice, but let truth be told, many lost lands they bought years ago, especially those bought in remote villages. Again, selling of lands, especially out of city, is not easy. The best land investment is buying land in the city, if you have the capacity, thats the land that appreciates in future and there's always buyers waiting.
