I’ve sent multiple emails and have not received anything. Funny thing is it showed my item was delivered but I was sitting outside waiting by the mailbox the time the email started

I have not received my order either and I can’t track my package. I can’t contact the seller or nothing come to find out as way overseas. It says my order was delivered on the 20th of this month and it’s the 23rd and I have not received the package. I’ve drove all over my neighborhood looking for my package. I guess this is a scam so I’m reporting y’all to the Better Business Bureau.

Same here and they keep giving me the runaround. I’ve been telling them I want my money back. They’ve been giving me the runaround. I have not received my order. It’s been almost 3 months and they’re telling me it cost $15 for me to get my money back I’m like no they’re like it’s a logistic thing. I said that’s not my problem. I wanna know who we can complain to so we can get our money back because think about it that’s $25 each of us. They’re making out on us. They’re stealing from us. There’s gotta be a way to report them.

I have not received my order either. It said it had been delivered. I emailed them asking for an investigation to find my package and was told I would know within 2-3 days. 2 months later and still nothing. Seller is a Chinese company and I wasn't aware of that until after it had shipped.
