Shopping list (serves 2) - 250g Lean chicken mince - 1 tsp Garlic granules - 1 tsp Paprika - 1 tsp Dried parsley - Salt & pepper - 2 Brioche buns - 2 Light plastic cheese singles - Lettuce, sliced 🥣 For the smokey BBQ sauce: mix 3 tbsp Light mayo, 2 tbsp BBQ sauce, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp Garlic powder & 1 tbsp cold water Method: ✨ Season the chicken mince with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic granules and parsley. Roll into 4 balls then shape into 4 equal-sized patties. ✨ Spray a pan with oil and fry the patties for 2-3 mins each side or until cooked through, then add the cheese slices on top of 2 patties.
