@fitfuelbyjuliana: Because sometimes a brownie is required, but who has all the time to turn on the oven AND bake them 😤 that’s where this microwave brownie batter recipe is the key 🤭 Calories and macros at the end with @liftoff_app 😎 recipe: 100g of plain Greek yoghurt 1 egg 15g of flour of choice 10g cocoa powder 15g of sweetener of choice (I used stevia) Pinch of baking powder Pinch of baking soda 10g melted chocolate +5-10g to sprinkle on top! Splash of milk (if needed to mix) Mix the yoghurt and egg together, then add in dry ingredients. Mix in the melted chocolate, then sprinkle with more chocolate.
