Well said..you took the words out of most teacher's mouth and hearts. Another thing that many teachers feel and dare not speak about...feeling supported by the very organisation/s, heads of departments that employs educators. However, that's a different story, isn't it??

That’s true: teachers and parents have very different responsibilities, even though both shape a child’s life. So while a teacher might care and guide, they can’t fully replace a parent, and parents can’t fully replace teachers either. Ideally, both should work together.
