That’s actually not the context of that video. Title is misleading. This lady was intoxicated at the Canadian border, refused to roll down the windows or provide any information about herself. They made a decision to start breaking the windows to get her out. She floored her car ramming into a concrete barrier and then got blockaded. They broke her windows and pulled her out. She didn’t have a sheriff husband that entered the scene and there was some drama about his reaction to what was going on. What was presumably the captain of the department showed up and gave directions on how to handle the incident. End of video
