Safe to say I have seen this shi blow stage 3 for Audis are very unreliable max stage 2 e40 is good for these cars buuuut. With the right custom tuner and not ots I think it will make better and healthier power

I have one of these at around 450hp and it's perfect for me, it's daily driven and I have no problems and I do my own maintenance.

Forgot some things… low pressure pump, high pressure pump upgrades, intercooler, the TCU tune to handle the new torque, etc. The supporting mods go a long way to keep reliability.
