@goosetheory05: Black Garlic Ingredients: * Whole garlic bulbs * Aluminium foil * Rice cooker Method: Prep 1. Wrap whole garlic bulbs tightly in aluminium foil. 2. Ensure they are sealed as much as possible to prevent moisture loss. 3. Double wrap for extra protection. Ferment 1. Place the wrapped garlic into a rice cooker. 2. Set to the “warm” setting (low heat). 3. Seal the rice cooker as much as possible to trap humidity. 4. Leave for 9–12 days. Finish 1. Remove and unwrap the garlic. 2. The cloves should be soft, dark, and slightly sticky. Serve 1. Use as a spread on bread or crackers. 2. Add to sauces or blend into compound butter. 3.
