I didn't stretch or warm up one day... i didn't recover for a year. I was slightly dehydrated and didn't fuel either. Huge mistake. Will never skip the basics ever again.

Just a note that stretching is pretty redundant for injury prevention - you’re better off doing a light jog or dynamic movement. And of course weight training.

the banana 🍌 tip tends to come up a lot lately and I after running for a while I think it's the best rip cuz people tend to overcomplicate nutrition like we are training for the Olympics 😅
