Can’t your new Primary care doctor help you with some of things. I heard you mention that you have a case worker. Tik tok cannot help you with these things. There is help, but you need to lean on support from mental health providers and social workers. I know it is stressful but you need to focus on help from people who can get you going in the right direction. We are always here to support you but you need much more than us.
