Had nightmares most of my life because I was taught all of this at such a young age that this was all prophecy that would happen in my life time (my parents said it was going to happen before I became an adult)

People were suffering. They needed hope for their own times. What use is a prophet who prophesies about 2026?? The prophecies in the Bible are already fulfilled. It's biggest use is Wisdom, and not current events.

The book, "Raptureless" by Jonathan Welton was eye opening. I had started deconstructing before I read it, but it was definitely a string stepping stone to more freedom, happiness, and peace.
