it's NOT Alain fault. All energy drinks are dangerous.

Truly believe that this is on the parents. I didn’t start drinking energy drinks until I was in college. Before then my mom wouldn’t even buy energy drinks, I could barely have a cup of coffee. People are constantly trying to put on corporations what they should be monitoring as parents. You shouldn’t need a label to know your child shouldn’t be consuming energy drinks, even “healthy” ones

I feel sorry for the family and their loss; however, I do not believe it is Alani’s fault. Common sense that too much caffeine is not good for anyone.

Energy drinks are meant to be drank occasionally, not on a daily basis!

This will bring to attention that energy drinks should not be sold unless you have a id

taking anger out on a company who had proper cautionary labels instead of yourself as a parent is what makes this lawsuit so sad. Take accountability for allowing your MINOR drink alanis. I barely started drinking alani at 25, and limit myself to 2-3 a week when in school or work. At times i don’t even finish the entire thing bc half is more than enough for me. Energy drinks are not necessary for children (as advertised next to the BARCODE)

I belive as parents we need to take accountability for what we feed our kids or allow them to have access to. Its not the fault of the company when they have warnings and we dont look at the labels

Everyone knows what any energy drink does to one’s body or heart. Alain should not be at fault for this tragic loss, parents should’ve controlled how much she drinks bec for my daughter I sure do.

It is well known that energy drinks are bad for people, especially children. The label clearly states not intended for children. The parents should have educated themselves and her. I get we cannot control our 17 year olds, but I refuse to buy them for my kids and have told mine hey that could kill you or really hurt your heart. I think these energy drinks should be handled like cold medicines; you need an ID and to be 18+.

I'm a college student and I drink alani's probably everyday but I don't drink a lot of them I open an alani 8:00 in the morning and I don't finish drinking it until 2:00 to 3:00 in the afternoon I don't drink it all in one sitting I slowly sip it. I also drink anywhere from 20 to 40 oz of water if not more a day.
