You guys have really helped me. I’m going through my ADHD/Autism assessments right now… been on the NHS waiting list for 3 years, my Dr got me thorough quicker with the Right to chose path. I’m 57 next month. I have struggled all my life… I’m exhausted 😩 💖

Me too but I’m working on it day by day. I only seem to attract toxic people who prey on my vulnerabilities and make me worse. I learnt a saying “ chin up chest out.” And it helps for me not all the time but we all have our bad days I have ADHD, ODD, EBD, anxiety and manic depression I try to take every day at a time. The positive’s are hard to see through the head fog sometimes but the goal is my son for me guys you have a great feed and I love what you do I have been watching your feed for a while now and have finally found the courage to comment. Thank you so much for what you do it really helps. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
