Looks like you try to start with throttle (partly) open? Don't do that. The injection system decides for itself how much to inject. It should start fine without throttle.

Change the battery to duralast gold. These factory batteries on Yamaha’s are garbage trust me. I had the same issue, once i replaced the factory battery i never had that issue again. It needs a battery meant for cold crank.
