Plucking is much better than a razor. Shaving makes the hair come back thicker. Plucking doesn't do that

The shaver cuts the hair bluntly .. it grows back with a flat end and looks and feels more noticeable. Plucking or waxing often pulls it out .. and it grows back with a thin soft end. Feels better. Looks less noticeable.

You have to do it EVERY DAY if you shave it. At least when you pluck it takes a while before it grows back.
